Delete your account and data
You must sign in so we can confirm that the account belongs to you. No data is deleted without authentication.
Use the same method you used to create your account.
Signed in as:
Warning: permanent deletion cannot be undone. The following will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile (name, phone, photo, role, notification token)
- Blood donor entries and blood requests you created
- Your marriage biodata and tuition posts
- Your complaints/suggestions and all comments on them
- Your comments, supports and reports on other posts; news comments and reactions
- Your order and delivery records
- Your chat messages, conversation list and block list
- Your story submission records (including name/phone) and story bookmarks
- Your login account (Firebase Authentication)
Want to delete only some data, without deleting your account?
- Delete in the app: your blood donor entry (from its details page), your chat messages and conversations, and your comments on complaints and news.
- For other data (marriage biodata, tuition posts, complaint posts, stories, uploaded images), send a request from the Contact page and say which data you want removed. We verify and delete it.
Data that may not be deleted
- Stories already approved and published in Golpo Ghor (story text and author name) — to remove one, use the Contact page.
- Reports filed against you by other users and related moderation data — normally kept for up to 90 days for safety and abuse prevention.
- Records we must keep for legal reasons or as security logs, and references inside other users' own records.
- Images you uploaded to Cloudinary (profile, complaint, story) are not removed automatically when the account is deleted — to remove them, use the Contact page.
- Firebase/Google backups and logs — removed on those providers' own schedules.
